Alan D. Aronson was a founding member of a prominent Los Angeles real estate boutique law firm and has been representing real estate clients throughout the country for nearly twenty years, with special emphasis on retail and restaurant leasing and acquisition.

Katherine H. Light
Katherine H. Light has a wide range of real estate experience, but specializes in commercial real estate leasing, financing, acquisition and disposition. Ms. Light has worked on complex retail leasing in redevelopment projects, entertainment/lifestyle centers, regional malls and stand-alone sites, and office leasing, and has represented lenders in the financing of construction projects and land purchases.

Katherine graduated from UCLA School of Law with a Specialization in Business Law and received her undergraduate degree with Honors from the University of California at Davis, phi beta kappa.
